Ardor Athletics Jump Training is a science-backed, athlete-tested program built to help youth athletes become more explosive, powerful, and confident in their movement without sacrificing their joints which is often overlooked by coaches and other programs.
Designed for ages 11-17, this course breaks down elite-level plyometric training into a safe, progressive system that focuses on:
- Building jump height
- Boosting speed and agility
- Strengthening joints to prevent injuries
Whether your child plays basketball, soccer, football, or just wants to level up athletically, this program gives them the edge they need. Most personal trainers charge $75–$150 per hour — and still don’t offer a structured, long-term plan. This program costs less than two sessions and delivers a full system and growing community your athlete can return to anytime, with better results and no extra fees.

About Ardor
Not every kid has access to a commercial gym. Some can’t drive yet. Some don’t live near a training facility. But that shouldn’t stop them from getting ahead.
We created this program for young athletes who want more — more progress, more discipline, and more purpose — even if they’re training from home.
Our mission is to build more than just vertical jump. We’re here to build accountability, self-motivation, and the kind of work ethic that separates real athletes from the rest. Every session, every rep, and every challenge in this program is designed to help teens take ownership of their goals — without needing a ride to the gym or expensive equipment.
Because getting better doesn’t start with a facility. It starts with drive. And we built this program to fuel it.

“Do I need any equipment or a gym?”
Nope. All you need is a small space (like your backyard, garage, or driveway). Optional equipment like a box or resistance bands can help, but every workout includes bodyweight-only alternatives.
“How fast will I see results?”
Most athletes feel more explosive within thefirst 2 weeks— and see visible vertical jump improvements in 4–6 weeks. Everyone progresses differently, but if you stay consistent, you’ll feel the difference fast but remember, Anything worthwhile doesn’t happen overnight — and at Ardor, we prioritize consistency and discipline over shortcuts.
